Come home to yourself.

Coaching for women who’ve built a life, but want one they truly love.

When something significant is shifting, you don’t have to figure it out alone.

Where this usually starts

You’re not stuck. You’re at a crossroads.

The specifics vary. A business or a career you’ve outgrown. A role that’s ending, or changing shape underneath you. Children grown and gone. A decision you’ve been circling for months without landing on. Sometimes a success that arrived and didn’t feel the way it was supposed to.

You’re not in crisis. You’re capable, and you’ve solved harder things than this on your own. What’s different this time is that being capable isn’t the thing that gets you through it.

Almost nobody opens that first conversation with the word healing. They talk about wanting to make the right call. About being tired of going round the same loop and ending up in the same place.

And somewhere in the first conversation, it usually comes out closer to this:

I want to feel like myself again. I want my life to feel like mine.

If you’ve had that thought, you don’t need me to explain it to you. The only real question is what you want to do about it.

Who I am

I’m Ava Skov.

I’m a mom, a mindset and life transitions coach, and a woman who has rebuilt her own life on her own terms.

I’m not teaching this from the outside. I spent most of my adult life in a difficult marriage that slowly took me away from myself, and finding my way back was the hardest and most fulfilling work I’ve done.

Lived experience gives you an understanding that a classroom can’t. You don’t learn from a course what it takes to dismantle a life and build a truer one. I’ve done it. The path is shorter and easier with a guide.

The work

A Life You Love

That’s the name of the program, and it’s the whole point of it. Eight weeks, 1-on-1, just the two of us.

We talk weekly by phone, up to an hour. No camera, which a lot of people find easier.

And between those calls you’re not on your own. You have unlimited text and voice note support for the full eight weeks. If something surfaces on a Tuesday afternoon, you don’t have to sit with it until the next session. That, more than anything else, is what makes this feel different from working through something alone.

There’s a shape to the eight weeks. We settle first, then clear out what’s been running things, then reconnect you to what you actually want, then start building it. But where we begin and how long we spend anywhere depends entirely on you. The arc is the same for everyone. The route through it is yours.

By the end, you’re not holding a plan you intend to start one day. You’re already living the early, real version of it.

Depth is contagious when someone is brave enough to start it.

In their words

From women who have done this work.

If any of this jumped out at you, I’d love to hear from you.

It starts with a free Alignment Session: a real conversation about where you are and what you want, with a clear answer at the end of it about whether I’m the right person. Either answer is a good outcome.

You don’t need to have it worked out before you get in touch. Working it out is most of what that conversation is for.
